No link, but look into the trigger. That would be one of the first things I would address but It will depend on what your goin to use it for

I'd do the extractor, then trigger job/assembly!
The trigger is probably your biggest thing in terms of accuracy. The stock triggers are far to squishy for reliable accuracy. I'd do that first, and look into the volquartsen parts there really good.
Yes it will. It's the one I have.
And same with the target hammer. Great buys.
Both are Power custom products.
Auto bolt release you can do yourself with a dremel. I don't know anything about hical. For a barrel and stock...... Depends on what you want/are going to use your rifle.
Target shooting. It's a 100% target shooting gun nothing else.
