Most on ebay are in the US, they cant legally export them under ITAR regulations. Best to find one in Canada or roll the dice on a chinese knock-off, but keep in mind some of the chinese are charging full retail US prices for their stuff and may not deliver on the quality... Hical.ca has knock-offs for $34

Its under $100 so ITAR doesn't apply. I ordered mine from brownells for $35.
