well if this scope really sucks then i might have to get a sightron or something later but im stuck with it now, i really didnt want to spend the same money on a scope as i did on my gun,

i have one on my 8mm remington magnum in a custom long range gun, wanted to try it out, as for the quality it is great shoots great hold zero fine put a pile of rounds threw it and everything is still functioning fine. It is not a Ziess or Nightforce but is a great scope for the money, I would like it if mine had a little more paralax adjustment it only has 50 100 200 then infinity would like to see a bit more but for 500 bucks worth every bit.

I have a 2.5-10 x40mm Minox: liked the $450.00 price for a german #4 recticle (Leupold was $1000 plus). Works fine for me, no problems. Better than the Bushnell/Redfield/Simmons bracket of scopes and not far behind Nikon, but Ziess and Leupold are a lot better.

weird turret

well i got my scope now but i think there is something wrong with it, the elevation turret numbers seem backwards, when you turn up the numbers count down from 14, all other scopes iv seen start at 1 and go up

That is standard with most Austrian/German scopes - Clockwise turrets.

Easy enough to get used to - after all, we read from left to right ;-)
