Cool, thanks for that. A good read with the morning coffee.
My 2 cents; I use 4.5 grains Unique and a Bernies Old west 195 grain hollow base mold ( Right out off the mold into melted beeswax, the melted beeswax drains out of the base ).
Gives me OK accuracy out of a 1889 with a 4" bbl, enough to kick coffee cans around at 15 - 20 yds.

I just found that the other day as well. It helped me in the decision to buy a Lyman 386177 mould this week. I am just waiting for it to show up in the mail.
