Be prepared for a restraining order and an asskicking ;) And not necessarily in that order.

I just bought from them. I knew ahead of time they didn't have the product on the shelf but were expecting it late last week or early this week. So far they're still within that, so I've got no complaints. When I see what I get and when I get it, I'll say more - good or bad.

Stay tuned! will be posting a Review of my experience with SFRC as soon as my Merchandise arrives. I will try and make it as complete and honest as I can. I will leave you folks with this, I would refer my friend to deal with SFRC, in particular with Ryan and I look forward to further dealings with SFRC in the near future.
 
I just placed an order with them and it was shipped out the same day! It just doesn't get any better, my only complaint would be how quickly stuff sells, blink and it's gone! One very happy customer, now bring in more BlackHawk Glock 17 RH holsters!!!
 
Bad experience!

I'm glad Ryan doesn't screw everyone over. I bought a used 3" 870 off him. Took almost a month to get it I was fed some B.S. about fake money orders. Had to wait another 5 days for them to clear even though he has my address and a copy of my P.A.L. I always thought a money order was as good as cash, Not so at SFRC! Gun finaly arived ook it out of the box. Stock has been shortened to a youth model. I'm 5'11" not the ideal stock length. You'd think a dealer would know the difference. I P.M.ed Ryan on this forum and got no response. I found a stock on this forum. $75.00 I hope it will get here today so I can pattern this gun tomorrow for the turkey opener on Wenesday. Buyer beware! Can't wait for a response. I hate to slander people on public forums. Especially when it is their living but I really hate being taken to the cleaners.
 
Also a Bad Experience

I got a huge run around when trying to place my order. I never got replies to e-mails, once i got some one on the phone the reply was " No phone orders, place your order on-line"

Things were very unorganized. took over a month to ship. After I phoned in, I was told they didn't have a copy of my Pal. I told them I sent it to them, after being on hold a while they came back to say " oh yes, here it is"

Then my order was shipped within a few days, but a few days after that I get a e-mail from some one else saying " we can't ship your order until you send up your Pal" . At that time it was already shipped and I had a tracking number. :confused:

So at this point I am very frustrated with the run around and how badly thing were organized.

The fire arm I ordered was the SVT-40. I packed everything up and went to the range. Turns out at the entrance to the chamber the steel had been mushroomed over and would not fully chamber a cartridge. :mad: OK, now I am upset. All this run around for a fire arm that will not even work.

I also do not wish to openly bash some one on this forum. So I sent off an e-mail to the SRFC. telling them the issue with the SVT-40. asking if I could also send pics of the firearm. This was over a week ago and the only reply was one word " Sure" . Nothing Since!

So as of this point I have have a huge run around, delayed service, Non-working firearm and poor customer service. I will not order from the SFRC again.

I don't see an pm's from you, did you call? I know we spoke about the money order on the phone. Money orders aren't the same as cash and can easily be reported stolen or cancelled. I've had it happen in the past which is why I wait. It also look almost two weeks for your MO to arrive as I told you on the phone.

I have cases of spare black synthetic 870 stocks if you want one. Not sure why it was cut down.
 
I have ordered from SFRC since they came into business on this forum. All I can say is, wow, from very little operation to very big inventory with firearms in a matter of years. Never a disappointment, and Congrats Ryan, keep up the good service and treat your gals for dinner, they deserve it!
 
Nemos, did you not email and ask if I'd like pictures? I replied sure, you replied sure what and I replied back sure send pictures.


And we've never said no phone orders. We simply say we prefer orders placed online as it saves us time. If you want to place it over the phone that's fine.

And Nemos, you order a presale gun which is why it took a month. Yes things we're abit chaotic then, we received a number of large orders all at once.
 
Geez thanks! If I wanted a tupperware stock I would have bought an express! I'd like to get reembursed for the extra $75.00 I had to spend to make this gun usable. I will post pictures of my new stock to show the difference when it arrives.

As for sending you these Pics. I did that same day. Were they lost the same as my Pal was ?

To anyone else, if you don't get a reply by email or pm just call. We can get swamped at times. We have one extra person starting in shipping next week and one started two weeks ago do that's 4 just shipping.

When I ordered, I was asked (not told) that if I had internet access, it would be far simpler for them if I placed the order online as it generated the order number, and shipping label, etc. automatically.

I don't put up with nonsense or runaround from businesses and I'm not usually interested in making a retailer's life easier or simpler. In this case, the person I spoke to was honest and upfront and it was no skin off of my nose as I was on their site anyway. So far, I'm still a happy camper.

If the guy had told me "we don't take phone orders", I might have called up another vendor and gotten it from them just on principle.

Ordered a scope on Friday the 20th. Had it in my hands today. Packaged great so those apes at Canada Post couldn't even screw it up if they tried. Second time I've dealt with SFRC and they're 2 for 2.

So far Ryan has been as patient as a Saint with me. I have pre-ordered an NEA and then cancelled it and pre-ordered a Daniel Defense. I have order .223 ammo and changed the brand. I have ordered shotgun ammo and and because some of it was on back order I had time to again waffle and change that order and every time Ryan and the girls have been patient and polite. Every time I call I am waiting for him to finally snap and lose it, but he doesn't. I know I would have by now. They haven't even screwed up an order yet. I can't even keep all my order confirmations straight. I will continue to order from and support SFRC as my primary go to for ammo and guns. Hell, they even got me a magazine extension for my Hatsan shotgun working with their distributor!! Who else could do that? Ryan's a NINJA!! Great Job at SFRC!!
