I got a huge run around when trying to place my order. I never got replies to e-mails, once i got some one on the phone the reply was " No phone orders, place your order on-line"
Things were very unorganized. took over a month to ship. After I phoned in, I was told they didn't have a copy of my Pal. I told them I sent it to them, after being on hold a while they came back to say " oh yes, here it is"
Then my order was shipped within a few days, but a few days after that I get a e-mail from some one else saying " we can't ship your order until you send up your Pal" . At that time it was already shipped and I had a tracking number.
So at this point I am very frustrated with the run around and how badly thing were organized.
The fire arm I ordered was the SVT-40. I packed everything up and went to the range. Turns out at the entrance to the chamber the steel had been mushroomed over and would not fully chamber a cartridge.

OK, now I am upset. All this run around for a fire arm that will not even work.
I also do not wish to openly bash some one on this forum. So I sent off an e-mail to the SRFC. telling them the issue with the SVT-40. asking if I could also send pics of the firearm. This was over a week ago and the only reply was one word " Sure" . Nothing Since!
So as of this point I have have a huge run around, delayed service, Non-working firearm and poor customer service. I will not order from the SFRC again.
