Painting my Norc

Allo, I don't know if a thread has been done on it before, I looked through a few pages and didn't find anything. I want to paint my M305 and I kinda have an idea on how to do it, just want some other people's opinions on the best way to paint the beast.

Also it is my first gun since the scrapping of the LGR and I wanna do some sort of tribute to that any suggestions?
