SKS build (Slow but with pics)

Hey all,

I was unhappy with stock styling of the SKS so I thought I would buy some parts to "spruce" is up. lol.

So I bought a UTG rail system. Also pictured is a tapco mag.

Future plans are up in the air.

a bipod grip? rail protectors? a light system... work the stock.. maybe paint.

I'm curious... why didn't you change the stock then? Or is that coming? Personally, I don't understand how anyone could not like the SKS's stock styling. IMO, its one of the nicest looking rifles just as it is. If I had any inclination to use a Tapco stock, it would at least be a wooden Timbersmith stock, keeping the original character of the firearm.

I really don't like the tapco style. They look like they all are bent? lol I like the monte carlo style stock... Socom look, M14.. kinda. I am just going to buy parts and slap them on. If it looks good it will stay. ha..

Edit. I am looking for a stock stock that is a blonde wood actually.

The Tapco Timbersmith SKS stocks are Monte Carlo.

That's what so great about the SKS,, so many ways to enjoy them.
