Magpul stock

I will probably go with atleast the ctr stock. I bought the norc because i was not sure if i would like the ar platform. I dont mind putting expensive add ons onto it because i can always take them off. I didnt buy it because i couldent afford more believe me, if i wanted to i would have bough a 3000 Ar. For what i wanted this gun does what i need it to and dont forsee buying another ar until this falls apart. The cash i didnt spend on a ar is ordering this guy a new DE in .50 :) or if i can get it imported a limcat razorcat in 38 super

For the money the CTR is worth it. It's rock solid and that locking feature is a plus. I'm very skeptical of addons myself, but the CTR and MOE+ grip serves me well. When it comes to the forend, there are several variations, but the original handguards are working fine for me so far until I see a need to upgrade them. The more I compete with it, I'll see what works for me.
The CQB match at Borden was won a few years ago by virtually unmodded Norcs. They work!

Well I have a commercial CTR so that would lead me to beleive you heard wrong.

I'm confused...I said I heard that Magpul makes a commercial-spec CTR and you said you have a commercial CTR.....so what did I hear wrong?

"The outside diameter of the tube is too big. I had the same issue as you, had to switch out my comm-spec tube for a mil-spec one. I heard Magpul does make comm-spec stocks, but you'll have to double check that. "

i dont know why you guys dont just buy the knock offs. the norinco is a chinese knock off gun!! so why would you feel bad about useing knock off parts on it? they are as good as anything. you just need to check and make sure its a copy of a real part and not one made for an airsoft gun part.

I second that!

Based on the glowing feedback of the CTR, I've chosen it over the MOE. This forum is never good for my wallet.

since we are on the topic of magpul, anyone know if anyone sells or if the M93b stock can be found?, i know its called the Ergo F93 now but i kinda want a original magpul brand in black.
