Provided you do your part shooting it, what manufacturers of parts are say the top 5 in terms of accuracy and what parts (if any) does it not matter in the accuracy dept. if you go cheap?

Been reading up a lot about building an AR and just wondering what options I could go with over just ordering a prebuilt LMT or Noveske

I picked up a Stag model 6. It has a 1/2 MOA guarantee and it lives up to it, even after re-profiling the barrel to make it lighter... I have a lot of top-of-the-line barrels on my custom precision rifles, and this rifle still impressed the heck out of me.

If you want to know about precision ARs, read what Robert Whitley does for his builds. He is an expert on making ARs shoot.

Very nice rifle but still a Kreiger barrel with handloads looking threw an S&B optic with a Geissele ultra-light trigger in my opinion dosn't get much better than that @ 600 meters.

I needed a trigger that I could tune for SR weight, so that wasn't an option. As for barrels, they don't last long on my rifles, so I'll end up putting a custom cut-rifled barrel on it in the near future, but it will probably be a Bartlein...

Pick pretty much any good quality barrel from a reputable barrel maker known for 'match grade' stuff. Install it with care to ensure there is no binding between gas tube and bolt carrier on lock up and float it with your choice of float tube or rail system.
That is pretty much it. Get some good ammunition and go shoot it.
Hand loading is good but not really necessary if you can afford factory match ammo.
Grips, triggers, stocks, etc. Will help the shooter obtain the personal accuracy, but really does nothing for the mechanical accuracy of the rifle.

Read some of Glen Zedikers books on ARs.
