Me and Dad went out checking garage sales this morning. We wandered into an elementary school sale and check out what I walked out with for $10

Lee Load-All II 12 Gauge with primer feed and all of the bushings
2.5 bags of Winchester AA 7/8oz wads
1 bag of Winchester AA Red Wads
Lee Safety Powder Scale
Lee Perfect Powder Measure
Kolpin shell belt

They were just happy to get rid of it early...apparently reloading equipment isn't appropriate in a school

I wish that there would've been some lead shot kicking around...that would've been a real score....

So it'll be on the EE for a hundred bucks this afternoon? :D

Good score. I've been thinking lately that it might be smart to take up garage-saling.

Yeah, garage sale season is upon us once again....that is a nice score indeed. Not to one-up you but on one of my forays last year I picked up a Forster trimmer complete with several collets and the hollow pointer tool for $10 last year....:D

I found my best luck for garage sale finds is in the older areas of the city. People that bought homes in the 50's and early 60's that are now moving into retirement homes or down sizing. I rarely find anything reloading wise in the areas that were made in the 80's or 90's, by then the libs were so ingraining peoples minds that guns are evil.

Hard to believe but back in the 90's in the BC interior you would be hard pressed to hit a garage sale that diddent have something gun related... Lots of Lee load all's and ancient reloading equipment... Some really interesting milsurp guns... Boxes of ammo....

Oh the times they are a changeing...
