Are there any magwell adapters from the SKS like there are for the CZ 858/VZ 58? The ones that allow them to accept the XCR 10 rd mags?

If so please give me some info. name, price, who sells them and are they any good. I heard the the 2nd gen CZ ones are good (or better than the 1st gen which we flimsy, etc)

Hi,

Im working on it,the first prototype is done, this week i am doing second one with some amelioration and if its right going in production.

But this adapter wont be plug and play, the sks receiver need some little milling, and that is because we cant modified the mag shell to fit another rifle(of course for the AR/XCR 10 shot pistol mag)due to canadian law.And so far the milling will still allowed to used the stock sks mag.

Here is some picture of the first prototype, and sorry i cant tell a price for now.

Sweet! Id buy one in a heart beat, even though i could see some of the less educated folks at my range #####ing up a storm

good job SoLdner. I wish more people were like you. Or that I had the skill and time to do stuff like this. Keep up the great work and I look forward to hearing update.

Thanks:rockOn:

I was picking up a CZ 858 but now I might just have to get a $75 SKS and ammo as well, now that I have a great excuse to bubba the hell out of it. Doesn't seem worth it to just do a ejection port mod and cut the bayo lug off, but now?... no question. Can't wait to see how this turns out!

Did you file down the bolt carrier handle?
