For 100, 200 and 300y the best Scope is acog TA11F red chevron....... 1500$ 
But for 400$ i'd check vortex 1-4X scopes. A little more but they are good optics. Personalet I would go for eotech. They are around 500$, but for more than 100Y it's harder to get decent view.
