Cheapest 38 special plinkers in GTA?

Where can I go and pick up some reloads for plinking say a 1000 rounds? Looking to pay about $200 or am I dreaming? Willing to provide brass.

Get the proper license and insurance as a commercial reloader and go to town.

Anyways, I looked into the reloading business here in BC....I'd rather extract my own teeth.

Just for my info, I go to gun shows in Ontario and buy re-loads there all the time. All these guys simply rent a table and have no stores. How is that different from me buying privately some ? Thanks

It's different because when you blow your hand up from a double charged round you'll have no means of seeking financial restitution...

You can't sue some dude you bought a random lot of reloads from, they arn't insured and are essentially judgement proof.

BTW, try Lebaron's for .38 Spl, they have the Rem. UMC 158gr LRN for about 16 bucks a box. Not great, but cheaper than most!
