I'm looking for ideas for a varmint shooting table or even a trailer set up. it can be store bought or home made. So shooters post your pics ;)

I'm a heavy guy so I'm looking for a heavy duty set up. any ideas will help.

I just picked up a Stable Table from Caldwell and it is a really nice portable shooting bench.

How do you find the table top? is there enough room, is it firm with no flex? I'm asking cause it looks to be a tupperwear top

Haven't used it a lot but it seems fine so far. It would be super easy to replace with wood if you hated it but I couldn't find any fault with it.

Just make one, less than 30 bucks of metal there. Just need a neighbour with scrap pile and welder.

I agree. My 14 year old son built one earlier this spring. I think I spent $20 on some pipe. We had enough other scrap steel around and an old folding boat seat. It seems to work well and he wants to take it to Alberta this summer to try it out on some gophers.
He found the plans online and went from there. He did all the work himself. I just annoyed him with my ideas on how I thought he should do some things.:p
I will try to post pictures later.
