Anyon else fixed the CSA safety?

i have a VZ58, 858 and now a CSA5.56. the safety rotated the wrong way and felt very awkward.

i just took out the safety lever, ground the inside edge of the lever to clear the receiver, and reinstalled. MUCH better that way. in fact the safety moves slightly less than the other rifles.

don't you find it odd that the fire position requires the lever to rotate forward? i hated that.

now you can engage the with your thumb and off with the index finger's knuckle.

That has been something that bugs me too. My two 7.62's rotate in a more natural direction and the CSA goes forward. Why wouldn't they all be the same?

Yup its more comfortable then the square edged metal stock and in -20C you will not have to worry about your tongue get stuck

yup, it hurts mt face a whole lot less when i shoot it. the beaver barf stocks feel like i am in a bar fight when i shoot them.

Troy BattleGrip on an Ace AK/AR adapter modded to fit. IMO, it's too small if you have average or larger hands.

1st version NEA ambi selector. The second version rotates the wrong way.
