Does anybody know if these gems are for sale anywhere in Canada? Aside from the fact that they are classified "restricted" (and I am really not sure why), these are a unique firearm. I would like to find one in a .45 Long Colt.

They are restricted because they use the same frame as the pistol. A silly enough reason but there you have it.

Another option for .45Colt but minus the idea of using the .410 shot shells is the Uberti 1873 Carbine. A handy and fun plinker. I saw one of the Circuit Judge things and frankly I'd rather have the Uberti if they both have to be restricted.
 
This one should be non-restricted.

I wanted one so bad i got my restricted. Coolest gun ever. Talk to your local weapons dealer or gunsmith. They can usualy get what u need.
 
What's the point of buying a hunting rifle that you can't hunt with in Canada due to the creative imaginations at the RCMP?
