Homestead Shooting Centre, just west of Calgary.

Saturday - 2+10 at 300m, 2+10 at 400m, 2+15 at 500m & 2+15 at 600m
Sunday - 2+15 each at 700m, 800m & 900m

Registration 8-8:30am, first relay shooting by 9am (please be early for set-up). Access to the 300m targets might not be possible (still a lot of snow on that side of the range), so that distance may be changed to another (400m). All other target positions accessible. Hope to see you there.

Will I be able to get an APRA membership at the match?

Also, the APRA website calendar says....

"Saturday - 2+15 each at 700m, 800m & 900m
Sunday - 2+10 at 300m & 400m, 2+15 at 500m & 600m"

I'm hoping the calendar is right as I can only make it down on Saturday and would like to do the long range portion.

Thanks

Bring chains and snow shovels. :D

Sorry Bill......couldn't resist. ;)

A BC fair weather shooter I see - weather is why the 4x4 is the most common vehicle at Homestead! Come on out anyways Richard, and bring your Smart car and granola ... we'll see if we can scare up a gentle breeze or two for you to shoot through! LOL!

Well ... we'll be shooting something. Last year the move was to alternate long and short ranges. This year I was told we'd go short/long each match (I don't post the APRA calendar). A membership book is usually brought to the early matches - I'll send a reminder.

Go to Homestead over Mothers day or stay home this weekend and get to shoot the rest of the year.........hmmmmmmm.....tough call. LOL

Would hate to miss Raton and Sask just to make this shoot, plus the smart car is still in the storage shed behind the lawnmower and there is a Gronola shortage here in Kamloops due to the fact that it all gets shipped to Nelson. ;)

You guys have fun though.

Well I have done the impossible and managed to switch Mothers day to Saturday so I can make the Long range portion of the shoot. Please let me know if anything changes. It would really hurt to show up Sunday and find out the long range had already been done.

Thanks

Where can I find the results of the match?
Right here :D

And BTW Bill.....the Steak and Lobster dinner I cooked on Sunday might even get me an extra kitchen pass to get out to Homestead this year..... ;)
