But specifically it is because all aftermarket stocks that convert a rifle to a bullpip are prohibited.

As you are new here, I'll answer for you.

Any STOCK that converts a rifle to bullpup configuration is a prohibited DEVICE.
Notice the capitalized words. If the stock is the receiver itself, like the Tavor, all is good.

My guess would have been anything with the word " Juggernut" in it would be a prohibitive device in Canada haha.

I'd love to see a $6-800 newly manufactured .308 bullpup brought in to canada. Unfortunately all the good ones seem to be $2000.
