By looking at the criteria for IPSC shotgun divisions it looks like my Mossberg 590 A1 SPX can only be used in Open because it comes with ports in the barrel? Am I correct? Everything else on the shotgun seems fine for Standard Manual.

True. Ported barrels (or ported chokes) are only allowed in Open.

LMAO! Well I know the heat shield is allowed in all divisions but that brake on this Mossberg Road Blocker would probably fall under the not permitted unless in Open division rule 12. Compensators, sound and/or flash suppressors
What red dot are you currently using? I am using a Burris Fast Fire II on my 590 for this Sunday's Hamilton match.
Lol...well you gotta look at the part where I said I have had a red dot on it for almost 25 years. It's currently wearing an 1980's vintage original 30mm Tasco Pro-Point with side battery tube, they haven't made it in 20 something years!...lol
