The difference between SFRC and other companies is they take the time to provide customer service. A week ago I made the mistake of placing an order with another company. After 3 days of no confirmation email I sent an email inquiry about my order with no response, the next day another inquiry with no response. When I sent my 3rd email (i'm a dumb $%#) I sent it to the wrong company. Ammo Source responded right away and even called my home phone to figure out what the %$#$ I was talking about. So its been a week without even a confirmation that my order was processed from the other company and i've been in contact with the wrong company twice or maybe it was the right company all along. I have learned my lesson.
 
I have placed a few orders with SFRC and it has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with them, even getting a couple of personal replies from the staff on occasion. :)

...now if my pre-ordered NEA would ship... :p
(I know, only NEA can fix that)
 
I've found that their emails have been kind of slow on occasion, but honestly who the hell can blame them with all the product they move. Other than that everything about them has been top notch. :)

Same here, got excellent service and fast response from them!

I have had some terrible customer service with some other dealers, and its always nice to deal with one that really cares!
