Optic Mount

Looking for ideas for mounting my new Millett dms on my Norc CQ 556. just wondering what you recommend, as I'm looking for ideas. Rifle still has front sight.

Just did the same thing, currently it's mounted to an RRA mount from Questar, but I'm gonna switch to the Burris PEPR mount, it's lighter, and QD, works with the FSP

Nope not at all, you kinda see it at 1x but when you're focusing down range, you quickly forget about it

I have a Vortex/ADM quick detach mount for my Vortex Viper PST 1-4x. It was $300 but I like being able to take my scope off and on without worrying about losing zero.

Yea that's the benefit of the QD mounts, the PEPR QD mounts are half the price of the Vortex mounts, granted you get what you pay for, but the PEPR is better valu for the money. But I guess if you can affor a Viper PST, then a Vortex ADM mount is also affordable

I believe brownells ships the ADM mount.

Hey guys thanks for the replies! Going to have to check out Brownells. I had a riser mount for my red dot, so I installed the New Millet on the riser with a set of medium Weaver tactical rings. I just wanted to try out the new scope while I'm waiting for a mount. I might even put one of these scopes on my Ruger SR22 when it comes!
