Seemed like a good package to me, but I ended up swapping out the ATI AR stock/grip kit it comes with & sold the plastic shell carrier. In retrospect I would have been better off getting a stock 500 I think. If you're happy with the AR stock & grip it comes with then it's a good package and you can't do much better out of the box.
Here's what I've done with mine so far:
- rail cover to the bottom rail of the forearm
- no-jam follower from S&J
- Mesa Tactical side saddle from S&J
- Mesa Tactical receiver rail from S&J
- NEA AR stock/grip adapter from SFRC
- Commercial buffer tube + castle nut from Fabsports
- ATI AR stock from SFRC
- Sling swivel stud off of my SR-22 for the barrel retention screw
- Bushnell red dot off the EE
- Leupold vertically split rings from The Gun Centre
- Hogue grip from Dlask
- Rail mounted light
So..thought I had a good tactical shotgun out of the box...ended up dumping a lot more money into it.
This speaks for alot of us here on CGN
