I bough my acog at DS Tactical. It's TA11F model. I don't know for your exact model, but he have a good selection.

Yes, the TA31-CH is ITAR restricted, however, you may be able to find a Canadian supplier who stocks them for a premium like the above poster said at Dave's Tactical. For example, the Leupold HAMR 4 is ITAR restricted but I bought one without too much difficulty at Reliable Gun.

The TA31-CH is NOT ITAR controlled. You can order one from Police Ordnance.

The only other 4x models that are not ITAR controlled are:

TA01LAW
TA31
TA31A
TA31-G

All that being said, if you are diligent, you should be able to find pretty much any model you like.
