Need help with bc hunting synopsis

So I am trying to figure out how to read this table properly.

Let's look at the mule deer as an example. So it is open season therefore I don't need tags just a species license.
If I hunt in m.u. 7-15 I am allowed a buck from september 10 to november 20?
In nov 10 - nov 20th I am allowed an antlerless mule deer as long as I haven't already killed my limit?
 
Species lisence is a tag. You need to buy the hunting lisence first though then they put a sticker in the lisence book for each tag you buy. Most areas allow you 1 deer here per area.

Lol sorry I thought tags were only for limited entry animals. I guess they are just interchangeable words. Good to know.
 
Limited entry hunting (leh) has it's own separate set of regulations and synopsis. I'm afraid you've just about missed the leh boat for this year. The applications have to be in by the 25th.

If your in victoria like me, just go drop them off in person
 
You can drop them off in surrey too. You buy the leh application for 6 bucks at a sporting goods store, fill in your info then mail it or drop it off.

It's basically a lottery for limited tags above and beyond the regular season laid out in the regular regulations.

Has to be at the victoria address by 4:30pm may 25

Yeah I just missed it so I am trying to figure out what I can hunt for this fall. I would like to bag something this year so I can help fill my dad's freezer.
 
Wait for the new regs to come out. The 2012-14 synopsis should be out soon. PG is in 7A iirc. Moose, deer, bear and I think elk, caribou are open season up there and in 7B
 
Few hours drive and u have big horns, thin horns, 'bou. Elk moose goat. Way more then what we have here on the island in region 1. Just blacktails, blackies, cougar, goat if you go over to the mainland section of Region 1

Yup this is the reason I took my core. There is so much around me and I wasn't using any of it.
