well i look at it like this i have never bought nothing from him YET but if your on here alot you get to know what venders people like and use alot and ive seen tons of good posts about him and hes always on here commenting and helping. I have seen 2 people complain and 1000's rave about him so i guess its hard to please everyone.

in my opinion, ALL companies can not please everyone all the time, and this time was your turn Boomer. It sucks, I know, its been my turn too before (not with S&J), and it is a serious pain in the ass. You seem to be only temporarily out 21 bucks, I was out a whole gun for a month AND my money that I used to buy said new gun. I know I have lost more money out of my pocket before then you have tied up in this snafu. Just sit down have a beer, grab one of your other firearms, and fondle it until you can get the situation fixed.

No wonder people say firearms owners are their own worst enemy. Look how we get when one of the many great dealers have a mistake. We jump down their throats and call bloody murder. How's about we focus that kind of energy on our stupid gun laws folks...?

I received an email from Canada Post at 2:14 p.m., providing a tracking number for a package that S&J Hardware had mailed (via Expedited Parcel) to me earlier today. :)
 
S&J Hardware rocks... I never had an issue... On top of it BBB sent me an optic to try out free of charge after reading one of my posts... So I don't know what happen with the OP, But Im sure S&J Hardware will fix it...

It's funny, but if this thread had been about ####ty service from NEA, this thread would have been locked about 5 pages ago. Just sayin.

Yer well thats an issue for another time.
CGN admin does not follow there own rules , just the rules that work for them on the day.( sits and waits for incoming infraction)
This should have been moved into the dealers section, but.......
I was really hoping it would, so people could wait and watch for the posts to vanish.
As i had no intent to do that.
But we are at fault and some times we need a kick in the ass to remind us that without our customers we are nothing.
But working is sales you get jaded and pissed off at customers at times, easy to fault the customer, or take too long to get back to them.
Much like the cop that allways thinks the person is guilty.
But sometimes the service is more important then the product or price.

We hope to have things running better next month as some changes are coming, as long as this run of bad luck the family is having ####s off!

For the record i have never had any issues with him. Both times i ordered, items were sent in fast, and comms were great. I am sure it was as he says, issues that went between the cracks.
Sorry to hear of your personal life issues, we all have them, yours sound rough though.
I would have no hesitation to deal with you again. :)
 
I've purchased directly from S&J one time. It will be the only time. Service left something to be desired. The product is great but that's only part of the equation. In the future if I need something from S&J I will purchase it from one of his dealers.
