Famae

The FAMAE's have the benefit of already having an FRT# issued. Other new guns might take a year or more to get one; and that's after a sample has been produced, exported to Canada, then sent in to the RCMP.

And here comes some pics! Just so everyone sees what's what.

I used to own a SAF, loved it and it's the only gun I regret selling (and I've sold/traded quite a few). Only thing I would have like to have seen different was the use of steel mags instead of polymer, the feed lips on both my mags cracked into the top of the mag after the first 100 or so rounds. It didn't interfere with the guns performance at all but still something that wouldn't happen with steel.

I guess the. 40s&W version had steel mags. It's too bad they didn't do that with both calibers. Plus if your going to make them plastic, make them more like the PMag plastic that's a little more durable. Plastic mags or not, I still want mine back.

I thought I read somewhere that the mags are made of a stronger polymer.
Also Tactical Imports stated they would replace them under warranty.

We're just bringing in the polymer ones for now. The newer mags are supposed to have improved materials. That and we warranty our products. If your mags crack during normal usage we'll fix/exchange.

If that's the case, I'm cool with that. It always bothered me. That's it though. If there's warranty and they are tougher/better now, that's awsome. Honestly, if it had paper mags and it fed ok, I'd still want it. Warranty or no. Lol

Buy the famae, you will have zero trouble selling it when you decide to buy the scorpion or whatever else suits your fancy. They are available now, which seems to be the greatest advantage over the others.

No, no, no!
Don't sell it! By the time the Evo's come out you will have saved enough for both. I've been down this road before. It's a sad day when you regret you sold it.

But your right. It will go stupid fast. If you ever had to feed your family in a hurry, someone will definitely scoup it up quick.

Just a heads up there is one fore sale on another site and it comes with a fixed stock and $hit load of mags.

I just had my SAF delivered today and can't stop crying in happiness.
Oh she is cute and tiny.
:xes

I think I understand never sell list now.
