I'm so impressed at the (visual) trigger speed of this thing, I think this deserves it's own thread... Plus the video's just awesome (turn the volume up) !!!

I know this guy is a "pro", but holy-cow that's some fast shootin from a semi-auto. You can see his finger flinching, it's almost like he's bump-firing !

I think I saw 12-13 rounds in the first 1.5 second burst...!!! I've watched this video so much, the G/F is complaining... LoL :p

:ar15: * like I said in the other thread, we need unrestricted mag capacity back in Canada too...

whats the difference between this trigger and the ssa-e? I have one of those and it is a fantastic trigger.

I bought one from ArmsEast.... huge mistake for them because they couldn't stock enough of them... I want another one but they sold out. I'll get another one if ArmsEast gets another shipment.

Mine came out to..... $275 + $16 for Canadapost + $34.92 for tax in BC = $325.92.... it's well worth it.....

Based on the charts below (courtesy of Geisseles website), the S3G has a much shorter deflection (& reset) and although a 2-stage it gives the impression of a finely tuned single-stage...

The S3G was developed to combine the SSF combat trigger’s match-grade semi-automatic performance with its smooth single-stage full-automatic feel to make a fast, smooth, and robust trigger ideal for 3 Gun competition shooting.

The SSA-E’s reduced 1st and 2nd stage pull weights result in a trigger with a smooth, light 1st stage take-up and a crisp, candy cane-like 2nd stage break.

The S3G trigger is very light. I have an LMT with a 2 stage 4lb trigger and it's soft on the first stage then kinda hard just before it fires. The S3G is soft and smooth then BANG!. Precision I don't know but for slow automatic spray, it's really good for follow up and double tapping zombies....

I'm DEAD serious, if you leave your trigger finger part ways depressed on the trigger, you can literally do a slower automatic style shooting with your AR. There are youtube vids of people doing this with the S3G and I've done it. That's why people down in the States buy these triggers so that they can avoid dealing with all that BS paperwork and finding automatic parts etc. That's what I read but I can't find that post/article. It's been awhile.

you can bump fire with any trigger not just a geissele or the S3G. his rifle isn't even moving so he aint bump firing.

my ar doesn't even move when i shoot it, it's like a 22lr!

i can pull the trigger on the S3G faster than i can aim so it's fast enough for any needs. I fired off 180rds in 2-3 minutes and my barrel was blazing hot, we almost won the heat for lumber jack match :(

My rifle at the military shoot. I have the same comp and S3G trigger as rifle in the video.
