I have the M&P in both the 9 and 40 and a Shadow. The M&P's are really nice but my Shadow is hands down more accurate and a nicer out of the box shooter. You are comparing apples to oranges as they are for different purposes.

I too have both and they're not the same. I compete in IPSC and with the CZ, I am more competitive. Faster follow ups, more accurate, easier on the recoil due to it's weight. Every non-CZ shooter at my club who tries it, first time on the trigger, groups better and more consistently than with their own. Being steel, I wouldn't want to carry it all day on my hip if I was in LE, but for a match, it can't be beat.
