i was comparing the great price on shopruger.com a few weeks back to see they dont ship in Canada.. end up in the internationnal section ... contacted R.Nicolls and they told me to call Location Snap Shot.

Is it a walk-in store ? or its only a place where you call and order only.

They do ship to Canada, just not controlled items. I got my tri-mag couplers and a nice cleaning mat from them a few months ago.
