Fresh in. First AR , having not shot it yet and after just inital impression and looks and feel I am starting to see why people have AR addiction, I would never have had that feeling without holding my very own :).

... We never did. One of our dealers chiseled one carrier that arrived unstaked so the customer could get his gun on time. Love the constant focus on that 0.125% of our carriers that have been chiseled (still an mechanically acceptable staking method BTW, and the dealer did it perfectly). But that's been explained already... ;)

I think you mistook my post as criticism, it most certainly is not. I was also told that form of staking is very much acceptable in industry and was not aware that the chisel staked photo I saw was not done by NEA.

Also, ship more 14.5" to SFRC please, been waiting for mine since march :(
 
Pew pew?? Really? You Guys remind me of the kids in elementary school that couldn't walk around with out making a motorcycle engine noise. And from what I've seen at the range, they go "jam, jam, jam". Because your barrels and gas blocks are so out of tolerance, that little to no gas enters the system. Whatever, seems to be working for you...
