Winchester 69A

I know there are a few of these out there and they do a fine
job of putting the bullet where one aims.
Mine has the factory wood stock whittled and reshaped.
Not totally horrible, but I think the little gal should be
dressed up a bit to a more liking looking little shooter.
I have just recently noticed that Boyd's sells a stock
for this model twenty two.
Any one have any experience with this replacement for this
particular rifle?

does your receiver accept a scope? That may be important to the fit either way, I have 2 69A rifles one with a scope and one without.

This one is drilled for the side mount assembly which I have on.
I believe there are the rear two holes for the peep sight as well.

Numrich at times has stocks for these but they are currently sold out. You might keep an eye there though.

You must be joking, you wouldn't really want to deface that fine Winchester by putting a plastic stock on it.
If anything, I would just smooth up the other fellows work and put a good oil finish on it.
My two 69A rifles would likely not even shoot anymore, beside your plastic 69A.

Was just talking to Kamlooky and he tells me the stock he is interested in is laminate wood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No personal experience with any Boyd's stock but they are top quality from what I have read about them.

A Boyd's stock on a Winchester 69A will definitely work

Happiness is a beautiful stock on a well made and accurate rifle.
