And I LOVED it.

It's time we get some more variety in there :)

Targets varying from ones so close you could reach out and touch them, to 40-yard minis. That is how it should be.

Outer Limits is the only current stage with movement and it's only shot 4 times rather than five. Showdown is often confused with it because they look similar. No movement on Showdown but there are two shooting positions.

Cool, I will get you on my squad. I'm going to have 4 or 5 new people on it as well. They will all be rimfire and I'm shooting open and standard.

We're still going to try for 8 stages but there will be 7 for sure. I think we are going to have to try to reset one mid day, the rest will all be up Sun morning. Sam and I will mark it all out Sat evening, but appreciate any help on Sunday morning to stake in stands and level all the targets with a transit.
 
The only major disadvantage you'd have shooting your sig in standard is that you're 1st shot will be in DA. Don't let that stop you though! As stated there aren't alot of guys shooting sigs in IPSC, but I know of 2 of the Lethbridge crew that shoot them they both do just fine. It's not the gun it's the shooter. A sig is not a bad IPSC gun, it's just there are guns that are more suited to IPSC (like my CZ Shadow!). It's all about getting out, shooting what you got and learning the game and most importantly, HAVING FUN! If you're gun isn't too modified I'd say shoot Production, if it is, shoot standard. Not really a big deal. Just get out there and shoot and you'll quickly decide if you like the sig for IPSC or not. If you ask pretty well anyone if you can fondle or shoot their gun they'll usually say yes. If you're able to make it out to provincials at Sibbald Flatts come find me and you're more than welcome to play with my Shadow.

It was awesome watching you during the qualifiers. Smooth... even though you blew right by that target :D
