Lots of other CGNers (myself included) have been very happy with Dlask barrels. Not sure what kind of accuracy you are looking for but it will certainly be an improvement over the factory one.
I think a 12-1/2" barrel will keep your SR-22 over 26" with the stock collapsed.
will it be accurate out to 100 yards though?? I can shoot 4 inch groups no problem at 100 yards with the factory barrel..i dont want to lose that...if anything i want to make it better if possible
I believe Hoytcannon found the 16.5" to be a little more accurate at 100 yds+ and both shot about the same at 50 yds. Hopefully he can chime in and help you out.
If you plan on shooting CCI blazer then go sporter. If you shoot any other ammo go with the extreme chamber. It is designed to deliver impressive accuracy with cheap bulk ammo. Blazer will not chamber all the way in the extreme chamber causing case failures. Best to call Joe @ Dlask and tell him what you want and he'll set you up with what you need.
My 8" 12.5" & 16.5" dlask barrels are all extreme or bents chambers I believe he calls them. All 3 barrels eat everything I've thrown in them but like supernova says not meant for blazers. I typical buy 5000 lots of AE 40 grain solids and these barrels love them.
I usually grab them from lever arms for $180 but my local shop(10 minute drive) started doing them for me at $200. Lever is a 45 minute drive for me so factoring in gas, traffic and my time it's well worth the extra $20. You would be good to go with bulk ammo in the bents chamber.
