KBP RMB-93 "Rys"

We were thinking about bringing them in, but the trigger is a heavy DAO...

We are already dealing with Tula for something else so it wouldnt be too difficult if there was any interest

Ok, like what, can you tell us? Based on what you are already bringing in this should be good too.

you say they are availiable with the 26" barrel? who sells em

"nevermind vinzer sports sells em for $840

and check out the kbp website some of there stuff is "interesting" to say the leaset

The short folder seemed to sell for considerably less, at least as of 5 or 6 years ago, if old 'net posts are accurate. As far as I can tell Armsrus had them for $590.

And yes, after I get a Rys-K I'll be needing its big brother for sure...

{Warning; bad production values!}

Valery (Armrus) did import some short barrel with the folding stock, that model had a different trigger mechanism that prevented the firearm from being fired if the stock was folded.

Not true. The trigger mechanism is the same. The shorty has a little bump on the stock that prevents you to move safety to fire when stock is folded.

With stock folded, the gun would still qualify as non-restricted in Canada, but not in Russia. When Armrus imported them, he didn't bother to ask for "Canadian" modification, like simply using F-model stock without bump.

Hehehe..... I can tell that there are only 3 long-folding and 5 short-folding in Canada.... awesome guns, but few imported. I'm not selling mine...too awesome....never expected it to be though....

i think your numbers are off a wee bit. Royal Sportsman had at least 5 folders on his shelf at one time. i almost bought one back then. neat gun.

Still want, can't have, because of sanctions! Blyat!

Anyway a little video clip I found;
