sks scope prob

hey guys i need ur help, i put a 2-7x scout scope on my bctactical mount on my sks(the kind that replaces rear sight leaf) i cant make my crosshairs drop down low enough to make them go where the group lands, i turn the dial quite a bit and lower the crosshairs until it cant go down anymore but i just need it to drop a tiny bit. i looked at how everything is mounted and it looks level and there is nothing wrong with the scope, i previously had a red dot sight on it and liked it but this scope is giving me trouble HELP

If i'm right, the BC mount should have a screw at the rear so you can raise or lower the mount for somes adjustments.
