Oh wow. SFRC's website says $399.95. I think I found my "end of the gun-registry" celebratory gun Are we going to be able to get it with a telescopic stock, or just a fixed stock?

Edit: The Hatsan catalogue shows a OD stock version, will this be available, or just black?

The shotgun for 399.95 is just the regular stock version, they dont have the MPA-TS listed on their site, it is the model with the adjustable stock.

Any word on the availability of these? Or perhaps a waiting list? Also wondering if there is any shorter barrel option than 20". A 20" barrel plus flash hider makes a very long barrel IMO for a tactical shotgun.

I also noted that the adjustable stock version can be fired with the stock removed, would this make it restricted? That would suck.

With a 20" barrel it's still way over the 26" total length required for non-res. no worries.

Well the most you can hope for is 18.5" but thats hardly a noticeable difference.
