cooey firepin troubles.

I have a cooey 39 that I am fixing up right now. Everything is working fine except one thing. The firing pin keeps falling out of the bolt.

Is the bolt toast and need full replacement or can I repair the firing pin somehow?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Top of the bolt . Is there a hole facing downwards towards the firing pin .

No. Is there supposed to be? I don't see it on any of the other cooey 39 bolts I have.
