I'm taking a Black Badge course in a couple weeks. Can anyone tell me if these Ghost 360s are suitable?

I'm not understanding the description. Do these hold one or two mags? It says it works for all types. I assume this is true. I'll be shooting a Norc NP22 for the course.

For IPSC how many mags in total do I need to have at ready?

I just need something reasonable for the course and then decide later if I want to devote more money to a good setup.

They hold one mag...and yes they are suitable for the BB. I would recommend 4

I have been using them for about 4 years now. They are great pouches...I doubt you'll find any that are better or more versatile

Hmm okay you made me think twice .. I'll put in another order. I'm trying to keep my investment in this low unless I catch the bug. Too many gun interests right now.

For a BB 3 or 4 would work, but you may need more when it comes to the Minimatch...

for a real match? I'd say 5 minimum. I like having 6 on me... plus I usually have a 7th in my back pocket for for emergency cases where I need it. Ymmv, but basically more is always better. I run 4 cr mag pouches and 1 giant ass magnet that holds 2 mags (3 if needed).

These mag pouches allow you to mount mags by the large side or the narrow side - depending on your preference. Some competitors mount their mags with the narrow side facing their bodies. Depends on how comfortable you are picking up the mags. They are sturdy and usable for most double stack mags.

You may want to check out the versa double pouch in case you want another choice. Have fun on your BB - minimum 4 mags especially when you do the 4 shot x 4 targets moving forward and back - you want enough mags to run the course.
