Well after much searching i found ammo my gsg likes... the Blazer 525 Pack and Winchester Dynapoint...

No more winchester Xpert HV for me... The last batch wound even work in my gsg and now it even sucks in my SR22 with my Dlask barrel..

Thanks for that info.

I'm still hit and miss with my GSG (no pun intended). I'll have to try those brands. Not sure if I have yet. I've tried so many different things with my gun.

Finished GSG looks great btw.

I replaced the spring in mine (thanks Blueline) . I wonder if it's the same as provided in the "spring etc" package they have for $25.

I got tired of replacing the factory spring.... That's why I got an aftermarket one...

Time will tell but the spring diameter is bigger and not as easily bent....

I had my wifes Kimber Rimfire Target Model done by Arma Coat last year. They did a very nice job, but I to also had a small problem, they coated all the rails on the frame of the pistol and I found out that the pressure generated by the .22 LR ammo was not enough to overcome the coating that retarded the action of the slide.

I spent a couple of hours and removed the coating on the rails, without damaging the look of the exterior of the gun then everything was good. As for holsters, my wife had no problem with leather holsters but kydex caused a bit of chipping.
