Any Walther P99 9mm owners still have there parts manual?

Am looking for the Part number for the P99 9mm 106mm "Canadian legal barrel"

Thanks
Dave

It's item 19 in my parts list, but it just looks like a generic item number. No real Canadian number that I can see.

Also says to include frame size, trigger action and serial number for replacement.

I do know there's a few places around that will make new barrels for you in Canada.

Not much help from me. Sorry.

Are you looking for a replacement for the threaded barrel on the PPQ??

Just ask Wolverines to order you in a 106mm P99 barrel.

Great....I bought one today, and would love to replace the barrel. Are you sure it's a good fit? Will the P99 barrel sit flush with the end of the slide? And do we have a price yet?

P99 and PPQ barrels are the same "many threads on this if you google"

the 106mm barrel will stick out afew mil, but not like the threaded 118mm barrel

Dont get your hopes to high yet

Plus I hate you all as am still waiting for my PPQ from Wolverine :p

I read quit a few Google hits. Mostly conflicting, but the guys on the Walther forum are pretty sure it's a good fit.....almost perfect. Just need a price and avail now.

Ya, i got really lucky. I just started looking for one Yesterday, and as luck would have it, my local dealer had one in stock. I called and asked him to hold it until i could get there this morning. Bought the M&P 9 and 1000 rounds of Speer Lawman 124 gr TMJ ammo as well.

What's eating me now is that Walther lists the PPQ in a 4" and 4.2" barrel which is 106.68mm and perfectly legal in Canada, so why are we getting the Threaded barrel?

4" is the 9mm barrel

4.2" is the 40S&W barrel

I know it kills me that they just did not make both guns 4.2" like WTF Walther :p

P.S. you better do a Range report on that PPQ ;)

Ah, right you are. It's funny, i bet you'll get to shoot yours before me, as i'm still waiting for my Licence......waiting sucks. d:h:

If you guys want one then bug Wolverine ;) maybe they will try harder to bring afew in :D
I will, do you have a name at Wolverine ? I haven't ordered a PPQ yet. I am waiting until Monday or tuesday to see who gets them. I didn't want to buy it last week when they only had few on the market, just to check pricing, but next week for sure...........I already sold my Glock.....

Yes, a name would be great. We can all pick on the same guy and get the ball moving.:D

I checked some stats on the P99 and PPQ.

PPQ has a 5.5 lb trigger, P99 has the 4.5 lb Single action trigger, 9 lb Double action, however with the AS mode, you get a 4.5 lb trigger with light but long takeup.

I'll go with the p99 and avoid the cost of another barrel, since the P99 comes with 106mm barrel already.

I've been look for a Walther P99AS .40S&W for about 8 months now, if I could get my hands on one, I'd be more than happy to help you out =)

Ok, I want in on the PPQ action. whoever would like to join, let's tell wolverine to import some more, should only take a year or two, but by golly we'll get them.
