Hey Nelly I also have to use the overhand grip to rack the slide since my work demands this method during training. Having to maintain that muscle memory; I never deviate from what I might need in a stress full situation.

That said I have yet to cause myself a stovepipe or condition 1 or 2 failure to feed with a with a CZ pistol. I know its a low slide but there's still enough to use your preferred method to grasp the slide.

You never forget your first ......................... and she wants you back.:D

I found mine at Ellwood Epps. I just happened to find one on their website and couldn't let it pass me by. I had another dealer try to find one for me but with no luck. He told me his supplier said they are discontinued. Maybe the New Edition is the replacement?
 
Is there a version of this gun with all the cool Shadow stuff on it? Sights, competition hammer, etc? If so that gun would be raging.

The 75 Shadow is everything the regular Shadow is without the FLDC. One version comes with an adjustable rear sight. Yes it has the Competition hammer. The gun is aimed at the IDPA SSP Division, though it can play in ESP as well. Without the FPB it has a very light smooth DA pull. I was impressed with it. If I can land it in Canada for around $1,200 - $1,300 it would be of interest. Anymore and I think someone has their price point expectation higher than what the gun is worth. Despite what my friend Slavex says I don't see $700 value in the Canadfian SP-01 Shadow. A pretty much stock Glock 17 just won the World Production title so I am inclined to feel it maybe more the shooter than the gun.

Excellent point though sweetness can be had for around $800 in the form of the regular Shadow. The 75B Stainless is just a jewel of a gun and should be on everyones "Gotta Buy" list. To the OP nice snag.
