AFGC now Steel Challenge affiliated

got word that the materials are in the mail on their way to me, but we are officially a steel challenge club and all that entails.

so I encourage everyone to get a membership to steel challenge, you can do it easily on their website and its $35 for a foreign associate membership. very cheap and means your scores go on the official site and list to see how you rank across all of steel challenge.

Also a bit of trivia, we are the only steel challenge affiliated club in canada which is a cool feather in our cap but i hope to see more clubs starting up across the country and we can have steel challenge grow up here.

Not so fast. There are two affiliated clubs in Alberta. (and have been for quite some time)

and BTW, when typing 'BC' no club shows up so yours hasn't been added to the Steel Challenge website.

according to the email I got from the head of club affiliations today, there is 1 USPSA club and now 1 steel challenge club in canada, there were 2 others but apparently they didnt renew their affiliation this year

give it till next year for a nationals i think ken, get some other clubs on the east into it hopefully

boomer, i said only affiliated club, not the only club that shoots steel challenge. difference between a club IPSC match and a sanctioned IPSC match
