They can and will ship here. I got my brand new unissued bayonet out of the states, and unfortunately can't remember where I got it
 
Does anyone know if these wil mount to the short M14 from Norinco? Or will the pommell of the bayo hit the gas block before locking?

last i heard, no, but there's supposed to be a special shorty bayonet from can-am as well- as to whether that's vaporware, i don't know
 
I did a little looking around for an M6 bayonet a few weeks ago for a fellow CGNer after the Fredericton clinic, and came up with a few sources.

In Canada, the only place I saw an M6 bayonet other than on the EE was CGN sponsor Providence Supplies:

Just walk into you're local Surplus store. there's usually bayos there recently I found a current issue C7 Bayo. The one snap on the frog was broken so I took it to the local marine cavas shop and they put on on for free. So now I have an actual C7 bayo. Frog scabbard and Bayo all in one, just too bad it's OD green, the hunt continues for a tan one.
