I think you must be one of the lucky ones! I was denied a mule buck in 148 for the third year in a row!
I heard they were cutting back on the mule tags but this is crazy. I used to get that zone every other year!

Did not get any draw, however my son drew for his mule deer buck and he might draw his antelope buck since he has a high priority.

148 used to be that way. I was drawn there every other year for almost 15 years. Now I'm a P3 and still no tag...

Maybe that long run was purely luck. Hopefully next year...
