outside neck turning and case neck wall thickness

Before outside neck turing my neck wall thickness is .016 - .015 thick and afterwards its about .013 with one at .011. at what point will it be getting too thin? i've just done a few but i want to make sure i dont screw up my brass by taking off to much

Are you turning for a tight neck chamber or just to straighten things up?

I started turning necks not long ago but found that .0130 is a fairly universal sweet spot in brass from .300wm to .223... I turned 30 Winchester cases and found some were as thin as .0100 on one side from the factory.

NECK TURNING; just take enough off to completely clean up the neck, that should leave you approx 0.013. For target shooting, not required for hunting ammo.
