Almost a year ago we ordered a 'pair' of 57M Custom Classics from cooper. We had received a matching pair of blanks from our supplier in NZ. The blanks were a nice match, being cut side by side from the same wood.
Both rifles also have inlaid swivel studs and Neidner butt plates.
The 22 lr has serial NZ22LR and the 17 HMR is NZ17HMR.
The 22 arrived at the shop a few days ago and is, in my opinion, the nicest rifle we've yet had in the shop! The 17 HMR will be here monday morning. Once its here, we'll get pics and I'll add them to this thread.
Of course, they will be posted in the EE(to be sold as a pair) but I wanted to show them here to for all rimfire fans. The 22 was available to the public on Saturday and it got a lot of attention!

$$$???

Clay, if a guy wanted to buy a spare mag for the HMR, where do you suggest he go? ;)

Will have my spare mags in stock this coming weekend if ya need one! We've been so short mags, been 'robbing' them from in stock riflres, leaving us with more rifles than mags in stock. :(
That will change this weekend coming....

Great pair for someone (not me), with oodles of cash burning in their pocket... I just paid for my eldest daughters wedding last weekend... could have bought a few of those Cooper pairs!

Can't wait for the pictures. Got off work early today, may have to stop by the shop before close just to drool!

I love my CZ 452, but I'm going to get a Cooper one of these days.

Just saw them in person. Holy christ does the .22 have wood. The nicest I have ever seen in person bar none.

Yes, it is lovely. Thanks for stoppin' by today. Crazy day.

The 17 HMR came in today. Lovely rifle but somehow, there was a bit of misscommunication. It came in with skeleton grip and butt. Not a perfect match for the 22 lt. :(
Also, the wood is lovely but not a perfect match for the 22. We may now sell as individual rifles.
Anyway, stop in and take a look if you have the time and pics will follow shortly on this thread.

I don't know how much spare wood is on those blanks, but have you ever considered having someone take a 1.5"x1.5"x3" piece and having a custom coyote call turned? I think it would be awesome to own a rifle and have a call made from the same blank. Would have to be for a varmint cartridge of some sort.

The suspense is Killing me.........Even if you sell the 2 rimfires right away, can you still post the pictures,Thanks,WJ!

Yes, will get good pics, even if sold. Heres a few snaps of the 22. Not our best work and DON'T do justice.
