Its been inlayed for a CZ 452 Varmint, but my American looks pretty ###y in it to
I love laminate stocks but everynow and then I get a soft spot for walnut, its not going to be easy to wrap this one up and send it off in the mail. I'll always have the sawdust in shop to keep the memories alive.
Paul your going to have to post pictures of your final build when it all comes togeather, and keep me posted on what your using because I may want a sister to this one in my collection.

Stock looks great. Now wondering what it would take to make my MU-12 look like a benchrest rifle.

Thats a excact copy of a Mcmillan hunter benchrest stock, but cut in walnut and inlayed for a semi custom, plpfromnb will have to give us all the details again

I cannot wait to get it back and done up. Looks great!! Thanks for everything. It will be a bit before the new barrel arrives but I'll get it finished and use it in the meantime.

Current rifle is a CZ452 american. Thanks to Dave it will be a more benchrest type rimfire when its all done. I have a Benchmark 2 groove .990" straight cylinder barrel coming and a RB trigger to go on it.

2 monthsish on the barrel yet and I can tell you the wait is gonna kill me now

here are a couple of update pics. 7 coats of tru-oil on the stock. Still waiting on the barrel to arrive but I probably won't do any more coats until after the smith work is done and bedded.

All depends on who has what in stock, the grade of the blank, how fast I need it, if I need it or just plain want it, the list goes on and on but I have my special list of suppliers hanging on the shop wall, some local and some foreign.

Haha nice way of answering with out , cant say I blame you if I had a good source I can't say I would want someone else snagging a nice blank out from under me. Anyways nice work
