Why is it that some people take such perverse pleasure in destroying a company that was honestly trying to make a go of it? It's the Canadian crab in a bucket mentality and it's why CGN is going to heck.

NEA didn't kidnap children or drown kittens or perform fraudulent acts but you wouldn't know that by reading what's been posted. They must be very proud to chase these people off the website. Internet warriors, strong and true.

No, but they DID admit to 100% breaking this sites code of conduct by having at least 1 fake account to post awesome reviews/refute negative ones.
 
what do you consider fraud? selling items under false pretenses? i agree they never stole children or drown kittens(that i know of) but there were a lot of misleading statements put out there. I for one take no pleasure in any of this... I simply wanted my thousand dollar rifle to work right out of the box and then since it didn't would have been nice to have parts quickly replaced. here I am still in correspondence with them about sending me my parts... a week and a half later. sorry the time for excuses is over time to #### or get off the pot.

You sure are making a lot of posts for someone who isn't enjoying it. I get that you're pissed off and I prolly would be too but try to act like an adult. If you say it's fraud then make a police report and come back here with it. If you can't do that then it's not fraud. In other words #### or get off the pot. :)

In my experience, a week and a half is not excessive for a firearms manufacturer to get a problem corrected.

Try getting accuracy issues sorted out on an M&P...it will take months.

I do agree that sending out rifles with out-of-spec parts is a problem...but if ten days have gone by and you are freaking out because the fix hasn't been sorted yet, then your expectations may be a little unrealistic.

USP outed the account gunny bunny, I believe, as being the president of NEA. Needless to say, gunny bunny’s account and posts where not entirely inline with the rules… in the ensuing drama, USP got banned and NEA did not…

I didn't I found the hype from local stores online ect was what caused most of the issues.

yeah lots of posts i know i have some free time i booked vacation time and had hoped i would be able to shoot my new rifle.....

and i know misleading people isn't fraud by legal definition or believe me there wouldn't be a corporation still in existence after all the lawsuits were filed.

funny how these things snowball.
