I looked at doing just that a year ago. The advice I received from more than one source , was that the receiver wall was to thin.
The CSA V 58 was OK , but not the CZ 858.
They did say that if I had my heart set on a side rail that I would need a back up plate inside to beef up the receiver wall.
It all started to sound like it was more trouble than it was worth . I ended up buying a couple of BC tactical rails and mounting a red dot.
